Comic-Bus

The artist Schwarwel from Leipzig is an illustrator, animator, cartoonist, comics star, storyboarder, screenwriter, director, and producer, creator of “Schweinevogel” as well as author and artist of the graphic novel “Seelenfresser”. He hosts the radio show “Kunst+Schund“ on Radio Blau, organizes special events and conducts drawing courses and creative workshops on a regular basis. From 1996 to 2006 he was the publisher of EEE – Extrem Erfolgreich Enterprises together with Bela B. from the band Die Ärzte. He was also the band’s art director until 2011. At the invitation of the 15th Erlangen International Comic Salon, Schwarwel will paint an old bus in the center of the city together with citizens of Erlangen. Inside, visitors will be able to plunge into the surprising “Schwarwel Universe”.
