The Franco-German Comic Artists Seminar has taken place in cooperation with the Erlangen International Comic Salon since 1986. It is the only one of its kind in Germany. The seminar is attended by about 20 participants with previous knowledge of drawing and is organised by the agency Contours and conducted by Paul Derouet and two internationally renowned comic artists. The tutors in this year are the comic artists Reinhard Kleist (Cash – I see a darkness, Castro) and Uli Oesterle (Hector Umbra).
